Mr. Sambhu Chakraborty established the organization just after completion of his management education. He set the ball rolling for general quality certification and accreditation training consultancy services for the Industry and health care sector. He trained more than 1000 quality professionals in India. All the IAQM professionals are trained by him  personally; he is not only directing the organization but also supervising progress of implementation of key quality elements in the client’s organization. Because of his dedicated involvement in the health care quality he was selected by Indian council of Medical Research (ICMR) in their GCLP Advisory and drafting standard committee for preparation of Nationals 1st guideline on Good Clinical laboratory practice (GCLP). Many of his articles are published by Indian Press media.

She is M.Phil in Economics; she is the key policy maker of the organization’s resources, strategy, growth and development. She is responsible for organization’s development, resource selection, team building and ensuring client satisfaction.
